The event will be a celebration of classic and modern New Orleans, as Chef Linton Hopkins draws on memories of his formative years cooking in some of New Orleans' most renowned restaurants. Like the musical notes that compose the great jazz of this iconic city, a suite of delicious tastes and small plates will be presented to guests. Fried Oysters, Gumbo, Étouffée and Chestnut Beignets are among the soulful dishes served at this intimate dinner, which is limited to 16 guests and includes a signed copy of Lolis Elie's book.
Reservations are required and the cost is $135 per person, prior to tax and gratuity.
Call Restaurant Eugene at (404) 355-0321 for further details and reservations.
